Prices

Prices are quoted in four different currencies: Euro (€), British Pounds (£), US Dollars ($) and Danish Kroner (DKK). Payment could be made in either of these currencies. Change currency by clicking the symbol of your chosen currency at the top center of the page.

Customer's ordering to a delivery address outside of the European Union will receive a 25% VAT discount. This discount will be applied to the order at checkout once your delivery details are complete.

Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct misprints. In these cases you will be notified and asked to reconfirm your order.

 

Payment

Payments can be made via PayPal or with a credit/debit card. We use the Stripe payment gateway for processing payments made with a credit/debit card.   

The amount will be deducted when the order is ready for shipment.

 

Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated on the basis of the country of delivery and the weight of the ordered products. The final shipping charge will be confirmed at the checkout after a shipping destination has been designated and before the order is placed.

If there are no shipping options offered to your country of residence, please contact us and we will as soon as possible investigate the possibility of shipping to your destination.

You will receive a dispatch-confirmation email once your order has been shipped. This email will also contain the tracking number of the parcel.

 

Returns and cancelations

Ordered goods could be returned within 14 days of receipt. Upon receiving the return parcel we will issue a refund corresponding to the price originally paid for the returned item(s). Shipping costs will not be refunded and the buyer will also have to pay for the return shipment.

We reserve the right to refuse or reduce a refund in cases where the returned item(s) shows signs of use beyond what could be expected from careful handling/testing, or has parts missing.

If you receive a wrong, faulty or damaged item, your return expenses will be fully compensated and you will be offered a new item or a full refund. If a fault occurs after 14 days but within the manufacturer's warranty period we will normally offer you a repair, exchange or refund.

Please do not return goods without first contacting us. Use the "Returns" form found under the Customer Service banner at the bottom of the page.

Orders could be canceled up until a shipping confirmation has been issued. Please do so through the "Contact Us" form found under the Customer Service banner at the bottom of the page. Use the message box to inform us of the order number of the order you would like to cancel.
